Bobby Redmon

Not your average superintendent, Bobby Redmon takes his role as a community leader as seriously as he takes his job as superintendent, serving as Councilman of Ward 4 of the City of Commerce.  Bobby retired from the Commerce Fire Department in 2015 after 27 total years of service, 22 of those being on Commerce. His desire to help others is evident in all he does.

Bobby Redmon’s career represents more than three decades in field operations. Coming up through the ranks, he learned how to manage a construction site and lead large teams of workers. During his tenure in the industry, he has put in place more than $300 million worth of work. Bobby brings a wealth of knowledge to his role and has delivered successfully for clients such as Cousins Properties, UCB, Inc., The University of Georgia, Kennesaw State University, Regent Partners, along with many others.

Today, in his role as Shell McElroy’s leading superintendent, he offers incredible insight into solving complex challenges in the field and that expertise is applied on a daily basis for the benefit of many of the Company’s largest, most complex projects.

With a keen eye for safety and many long-standing subcontractor relationships, Bobby takes control of the schedule, manages daily field operations and directs the workflow on-site. He is a natural talent and continues to be a great operational leader.
