As a Senior Superintendent at Shell McElroy for the past eight years, he has been instrumental in overseeing complex job sites and managing large, diverse teams. His ability to navigate operational challenges, maintain strict safety standards, and coordinate subcontractor relationships has contributed to the successful delivery of more than $300 million in projects across high-rise office buildings, hotels, retail, mixed-use developments, and institutional work.
